USA at the World Juniors: TV schedule, scores, results for every 2022 hockey game

For the fifth time at the IIHF World Junior Championships, the United States will have a chance to win consecutive gold medals; however, it had never been achieved before.

One difference between this year’s team and three of the previous opportunities is that the head of the bank is back. Like Bob Motzko, who led USA Hockey to gold in 2017 and bronze in 2018, Nate Leaman will return for the second year in a row. In 2021, backed by Spencer Knight of the Panthers, the Americans upset the undefeated Canadians in the final 2-0 to win gold.

No longer considered an afterthought, the USA is an established powerhouse on the world youth circuit and is once again expected to be a contender for the medal. Americans own 13 medals (five gold, two silver and six bronze) and are aiming for the sixth in the past seven years.

Here you will find everything you need to know about the tournament, including how to watch live matches in the United States and a full schedule with up-to-date scores and standings.
